Miles Black was born and raised in Southern California. He is the youngest of three siblings, with a highly diversified background.
At a very early age, he began piano lessons. Playing twelve years in solo and duet recital performances, alongside numerous theatrical performances, while concurrently with 8 years on a traveling-club soccer team.
In 2010, in addition to his performance and athletic notoriety, he graduated with, “high honors,” — 28th in his high school class of 560 Seniors. Going into his Senior year of high school, upon touring several college campuses, he knew that he would become a University of Arizona, “Wildcat for Life.”
He did so. He graduated in 2014, with a 3.24 GPA. His majors are Business Management and Entrepreneurship, with a Theatre Arts minor.
He moved back to Southern California, relocating to Los Angeles. He launched an online-marketing business, dabbled in financial advising, commercial real estate appraising and sales, and successfully direct-marketed T-Mobile’s B2B services — each while acting as lobby ambassador for a high-rise luxury condominium building contracted by Action Property Management.
Ultimately, he would stay in this industry of Community Associations Management. In 2020, he moved to full-time with Action Property Management.
In 2022, he passed the CMCA® certification examination, immediately followed by a promotion (with his current company) to Community Manager, Pacific Edge Management — bringing his eight years of Industry experience with him. Currently, Miles works remotely, while residing in Los Angeles.
